Facilitators are responsible for the introduction of African authors to place their books at the firm’s African e-books store at the premium cost of N3,500.00 (Three Thousand Five Hundred Naira) only. Responsible for the issuing out of referral IDs to each author introduced. Be well versed with the modus operandi of the firm’s e-platform so as to adequately get the authors informed on any issue. Act as a liaison between the firm and the authors.


Proficiency in the use of English language. Possess good communication and interpersonal relation skills. Should be computer literate. Hardworking, well organized and able to work with limited supervision.


We offer a competitive remuneration package and opportunity for career development. Monthly, the facilitator’s remuneration is N20,000.00 (Twenty Thousand Naira) only upon introduction of 10 (ten) books for registration in the e-book store. Introducing more than 10 (ten) books to the e-platform attracts the additional sum of N1,000.00 (One Thousand Naira) only for each book introduced. Also, introducing less than 10 (ten) books to the e-platform will attract the remuneration of N1,000.00 (One Thousand Naira) only per book introduced. Any facilitator who introduces up to 20 (twenty) books in a month is entitled to N40,000.00 (Forty Thousand Naira) only at the end of that month. Facilitators earn per publication and not per author as one author can publish more than 1 (one) book on the firm’s e-platform.


All publications must be sent to the firm’s website by the author or his facilitator or any of his representatives. The said publication would be duly sold by the firm and the author gets 100% royalties for each sale made. This exclude the cost of production. All payments are to be made to the firm’s account through its website. Payments made through individuals are at owner’s risk. Authors are to pay the yearly premium cost of N3,500.00 (Three Thousand, Five Hundred Naira) only for the publication of books on the firm’s e-book store. This premium cost is to be renewed yearly. If this is not done, the firm will not remit the royalties coming in from the sales of the defaulter’s books. Where an author does not have the soft copy of his book(s) to publish, such can give the hardcopy of the book to the firm via a convenient medium to convert same and the author would pay for the cost of conversion. Where an author has a manuscript for publication, such should toggle switch on the self-publishing button. All authors and facilitators should endeavor to provide their account details at the firm’s e-platform so payments could be made when due. Authors should always endeavor to indicate on the firm’s e-platform, the facilitator’s referral ID that introduced them for each book published.

Your access to and use of this service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these terms. These terms apply to all facilitators, authors, users and others who access or use the service. By accessing or using the service you agree to be bound by the Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access this service.


Our service allows African authors to publish books in the firm’s e-book store. This enables the book to have an online presence and also to be accessible by millions of users as long as the yearly subscription is being renewed.


Authors are to pay a premium cost of N3,500.00 (Three Thousand, Five Hundred Naira) only and this must be renewed yearly. The annual premium cost is non-refundable irrespective of whether or not an author’s book makes sales that year.


Brainspec obliges all users of its e-platform to go through its policies and content carefully as it will not be liable to indemnify any of its e-platform users for any inconvenience or loss they may incur for failure to do same.


We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation, if you breach the terms.

All facilitators who are unproductive within the period of 3 (three) months will be disengaged from the firm.


We will use all reasonable endeavors to carry out our obligations within a reasonable period of time but will not be liable to the facilitator or the author for any loss, costs or expenses arising directly or indirectly from any delays in doing so and we will not be deemed to be in breach of this agreement by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of our obligations in relation to this agreement, if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond our reasonable control.


Brainspec reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, Brainspec will try to provide at least 14 (fourteen) days’ notice period to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined by its sole discretion.


Login to Once registration is completed, an ID number will be generated for you and same will be shown on your dashboard. It is advisable to keep your ID number safe as that is the only means through which you are recognized as a Brainspec facilitator by the firm. An author can also register to earn money as a facilitator and vice-versa without prejudice


These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any dispute arising there from shall be determined in accordance with such laws.


Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating in any way to the use of Brainspec services or these Terms and Conditions will be resolved or settled by a binding arbitration rather than in court in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act Cap A18, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004.
