Job Description:

·        Providing administrative support to other departments as well as the management.

·    Attend to incoming calls, taking messages and re-directing them as required in customer relation.

·        Prepare presentations/proposals and official letters as assigned.

·        Maintain internal database

· Record management and arranging appointments, booking meetings and conferences


Requirement:    

                        

·        Minimum of HND/BSc in related areas

·        Minimum of 1 year of experience in related areas

·        Must not be more than 28years of age
